Experience that supports you
Good teaching is not about asking everyone to move in exactly the same way. It is about seeing the person in front of you.
Jayne brings more than 30 years of experience and professional Pilates training to every class. Her approach is observant, encouraging and grounded in controlled movement — helping people understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and how to progress safely at their own pace.
